Coalition for Food Systems Transforma(c)tion in India (CoFTI) emerged in June 2021, during the UN Food Systems Summit, as a visionary initiative that aims to foster collective action to innovatively address the complex challenges in India’s food systems.
CoFTI was launched by the Food Future Foundation and is jointly implemented with Welthungerhilfe & WASSAN. It is supported by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation (BMZ).
