CoGrad | Nurturing India Block by Block CoGrad is a mission-driven education company working to bridge the gap between rural and urban education. We identify underutilized or shut-down schools in rural India and transform them into vibrant learning spaces using AI, emerging technologies, and trained educators. With a vision to make quality education accessible to every child, regardless of geography, we currently operate 16+ schools across Uttar Pradesh and serve over 8,000 students. Our programs are designed around the NEP 2020 framework and PM SHRI guidelines, ensuring relevance and future-readiness. We've impacted over 1,00,000 learners through AI, coding, and STEM-based workshops, and trained more than 5000 youth through skill-based courses in partnership with institutions like IIT Delhi, NIELIT, and the Nasscom Foundation. Our flagship innovation, Medha AI – India’s first teacher-assistive AI – is revolutionizing classroom delivery in low-resource settings. From conducting Generative AI trainings for educators to running nationwide initiatives like Project RISE (for teachers) and GyaanShakti (for students), CoGrad is committed to building a talent pipeline from India’s grassroots. Featured on Shark Tank India (Season 4), CoGrad has become a beacon of innovation and impact in rural education. Our alumni network from Navodaya, Dakshana, and top engineering colleges fuels our mission with mentorship, execution, and leadership on the ground.
