Collaborative Growth Consulting is a fully remote fractional accounting and finance firm. We focus on using flexibility and innovation to help both our clients and employees reach their goals. We offer strategic finance and accounting support to early stage companies in emerging markets. A key component of our vision and values is allowing for creativity in an industry that is historically lacking in creativity. We encourage my employees to work with clients to find innovative solutions to their problems. We also believe that there is no right or wrong way for how and when work gets completed. As a business owner, we want to change up how professional firms are managed. We offer all of my employees unlimited PTO, and encourage them to put their home life above their work priorities. We believe that there is a way for us to serve our clients, at reasonable rates, while everyone on our team works the amount of hours they want, and is able to make a living wage.
