Despite their success throughout Southcentral Texas, the two agreed that the cornerstone of any business must be community. The two co-brokers set out to create a company that would emphasize this value. They sought to redefine success as the product of serving others; it cannot be measured by the value of a bottom line. It was their belief that the lives you can touch, and the camaraderie you can build in your own community is far more significant than making a sale. These business leaders found that if they set their sights on making people and their respective needs the top priority, well…then everything else will simply follow suit.
