We fight for a world in which all individuals are given equal life opportunities. The community plays a great part in our mindset. We want to provide all members of society with the opportunities that suit them best. Through Collab's founder, Maurice, we have access to a great network of world-class hospitality organisations and other reliable partners helping us connect with learners. Our activities are dedicated to all people with or without barriers. We offer training, events, 1 to 1 collaboration, recruitment and personal development services for everyone. Because we know that the process of training and finding employment does not end after one of our learners fills a position, we are committed to standing by them for a long time, through transitional support and coaching. We are also aware that some people have it rougher than others and this is why we want to provide equality and equity to people at risk, making sure they will be reliable at their workplace and that they can bring professional value to every employer.
