Since 2007, COLUS’s foray into the professional development domain are workshops and consultancy centered around psychology at the workplace, leadership, and management. The Lego Serious Play methodology is a primary methodology used in workshops, aimed at creative engagement of learners. Colus also offers Counselling and Career Advisory services under her psychology domain. Colus works with industry experts who provide input in the design as well as the delivery of her training programs to ensure that they are practical and contemporary. Colus also works with partners from various countries to implement study tour programs in South East Asia for working adults and students.
