Since our beginning in 1971, CommonBond has flourished into one of the Upper Midwest’s premier providers of affordable housing with services. By integrating services and housing, we were the first to offer more than just a quality place to live. Our model has always been about supporting people in achieving their goals.
Today we provide homes and services for more than 12,000 people every year. We develop, own, or manage more than 6,000 affordable rental apartments and townhomes throughout 58 cities in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa.
