Commonwealth Land Trust (CLT) provides affordable housing and supportive services in Massachusetts. We acquire, develop, and manage properties to create homes for the chronically homeless -- while providing needed social services on-site. Linking housing and care, we aim to prevent homelessness, rebuild lives, and preserve neighborhoods. Over 35 years, our scope has grown to include 350 units of affordable housing in 20 properties, serving 650 residents in Greater Boston and other Massachusetts communities.
