COMMUNITY ACTION TO SAVE STRAYS INC is a nonprofit organization management company based out of PO BOX 422, Oberlin, Ohio, United States.

Depending on demand, CATSS handles 160 - 220 cats and kittens each year. Aside from the feral cats we TNR, we help tame strays who are either abandoned or lost to find homes.
