We help people discover and nurture the power of their authentic selves as they lead and serve their communities. Our four pillars are: Community, Convening, Coursework and Continuing Education for community leaders. Our marquee program, the Community Connections Leadership Course, is a ten-month program that encourages you to find your authentic self in the pursuit of purposeful leadership. We spend the first half of the program focused on living a values-led life and understanding your own style and strengths. The second half focuses on leadership skills and choosing the context in which you can be successful. You’ll also have the advantage of a personal,private, one:one executive coaching sessions. Applications are accepted in the summer for the program beginning in September. We meet once a month in person or on zoom for as a group and during the month in small groups, either in person or virtually. Graduation is held in June. The program is open to all leaders and aspiring leaders in the west Cook County communities(*). Tuition assistance is available. * community-specific programs can be created upon request in partnership with local governments, chambers and other nonprofit institutions.
