Community Connections Te Hāpori Āwhina Tāngata is a community-based disability service, providing support services throughout the lower and middle North Island Te Ika-a-Māui. We strongly believe in a person-centred approach so people can live the life they choose within their own communities. We provide both supported independent living and full-time specialised 24/7 residential support. We also facilitate peer support networks.
Employment Connections Ngā Tūranga Mahi Toiora operates as part of Community Connections – providing supported employment services in the wider Wellington and Taranaki regions, and school transition services in Wellington, Taranaki and the Hawkes Bay.
