CCDNSW's primary role and purpose is to be the leading voice advancing social change through the arts by forging partnerships with arts and non-arts stakeholders to generate relationships between artists and communities across NSW. CCDNSW: undertakes research; develops resources; advises community artists on project development and funding sources; connect artists, advocates with all levels of government; and promotes the process of working collaboratively to give voice to values of a community.
