Founded in 1999, Community Health Systems, Inc. is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that operates a clinic in southern Wisconsin, with a medical, dental and behavioral health clinic at Beloit Area Community Health Center.
Highly skilled medical, dental, and behavioral health professionals provide services in the areas of women’s health, family and primary health care, family planning, children’s dentistry, pediatrics (including well-child and school exams), geriatrics, and comprehensive care for HIV-positive patients through a collaboration with UW-Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics.
