The Community Well-being Hub is a partnership between the Public, Private and Third Sectors. We bring together partners to support and enhance well-being services. The Hub is not an entity in it's own right. It works in partnership to encourage collaboration and new ways of working.
Set up in March 2020 with six partners the Hub has now grown to twenty one partners. The Hub was set up in ten days in March 2020 as a response to the COVID pandemic. Now it looks to deliver transformational change wrapping services around the individual user. We place the person at the centre of all that we do.
