The CommunityCare Clinic’s mission is to provide free, high-quality healthcare and raise healthcare awareness for uninsured and underinsured individuals. The delivery of this care focuses on addressing the social determinants of health to ensure that our patients have access to nutritious food, dental & vision services, mental health counseling, safe housing, and transportation to our clinics. Our clinics give the opportunity for volunteers to affect a positive change in the Greater Toledo area, discover societal issues, and practice medical principles in an interdisciplinary fashion. The CommunityCare Clinics constantly strives to improve our impact in the community through our multiple clinics and diverse community involvement.
