With the right combination of life skills coaching, earned income, rent subsidies, and enabling technology, people are rising to meet expectations, moving out of family homes or group settings into homes of their own. The men and women supported live vibrantly in own homes with one or more roommates, and with as much staffing supports as they choose. They engage actively in the community through gainful employment, social participation, volunteering, and lifelong learning.
