Competence Africa is a social enterprise whose primary objective is to improve the quality of Africa's human capital through fast-paced technology adoption. We focus on helping our primary market (undergraduates) gain competence in the use of the technology tools that are redefining the present and the future of work. Our business model creates value in three major ways; it • Helps undergraduates gain new and relevant competencies • Helps to drive technology adoption; hence providing increased market access to Africa's tech businesses • Generates steady revenue to finance the training of other under-served segments of the Africa youth population Our mission is to up-skill Africa's youth population to meet the world's human capital needs
