That vision has been made a reality when CAT College was founded on June 10, 1987 and formally accredited by the Department of Education Culture and Sports (DECS) in 1989. Across the years, CAT College has metamorphosed dramatically into a prestigious institution of higher education. The school is now housed in its own 5-storey building conveniently and strategically located at Balintawak Street, Albay District, Legazpi City, just at the back of Albay Astrodome and within the vicinity of the seats of the city and provincial governments. The modern school building is equipped with the latest computer, multi-media and Research facilities, laboratories, technical and technological machines and equipment. Backed-up by a highly qualified and dedicated faculty, administrative officers and staff, the school has grown over the years with unprecedented 100% increase in enrollment. The student body is opportune with faculty members drawn from prestigious and relevant professional organizations, business circles, government agencies and private offices. With their competence, bridging theoretical knowledge with actual aspects of the government, business and industry is enhanced and facilitated.
