Computerlink offer various levels of service from purely hardware, hardware and software, systems management to Personnel management where we put an engineer on site for a fixed number of days a week or all week. Depending on the requirement, Computerlink can provide a support contract that meets your requirements.
As part of our maintenance agreement Computerlink carry out checks on your system to ensure that it is functioning within the tolerances as
defined by Microsoft, the software vendor. Computerlink do this as a matter of course. Updates, patches and service packs are checked so as to ensure they function properly with existing software on the systems.
