Concept International GmbH, Munich was established in 2004 for representing IT manufacturers that don't have an European subsidiary. Over the course of the years, Concept International GmbH has developed into an European distributor and service center for various manufacturers.
Overcoming legal barriers and handling certifications, like WEEE, EAR, CE, VerpackV, BattG, EN60601 (medical), 2 years consumer warranty & support, and local stocking as well as local marketing and press exposure are among services Concept International GmbH offers to manufacturers from around the world.
On the customer's side, Concept International GmbH offers various service level agreements to System Integrators, Resellers and Retailers, like warranty extentions, pre-swap warranty, pickup and return service, hotline, support, service etc.

Today, about 10 employees work in downtown Munich in marketing, project management, assembly and support. Customers include large System Integrators such as Bechtle, German Telekom, as well as distributors like IngramMicro and retailers.
