Our psychologists and provisional psychologists possess a diverse range of experience and backgrounds. For example, our counselling incorporates a combination of therapies, including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing and interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT).
