Controlit® Conductive Underlays is a sustainable and high-quality solution that monitors roof integrity and waterproofing and facilitates future inspections.
The laying of Controlit® under the electrically non-conductive waterproofing membrane enables timely identification of any membrane damage/leaks in the construction process and while supervising the construction. Advanced diagnosis allows for early repairs, which is particularly helpful in construction projects when different trades carry out several operations after a waterproofed roof has been completed.
The Controlit® underlay system is intended for inspecting/scanning electrically non-conductive waterproofing membranes throughout the roof's life.
Controlit® electrically conductive underlays can be installed on FLAT ROOFS, TERRACES, GREEN ROOFS, BALLASTED ROOFS, TANKING AND SWIMMING POOLS.
