Conscious Kenya is a non-profit organization based in Nairobi. We focus on community holistic community development projects on peace, livelihoods, and the environment.
Our approach to engaging our target area is through the "village model" where we collaborate with local CBOs, local government, institutions, and individuals to carry out our projects.
We are currently operating in Viwandani, an informal settlement in Nairobi's industrial area. It hosts 13 villages(Jamaica, Kingstone, Lunga Lunga Centre, Lunga Lunga Donholm, Milimani, Paradise A, B, and C, Riverside, Sinai, Sinai Reli, Tetrapak, and Uchumi) with a population of over 54,000 residents.
