We implement on site Wellness Days integrating three complementary activities that helps to rebalance the nervous system and rejuvenate the mind and the body for peak performance at work.
1. The PSiO, a technology that combines light therapy and voice relaxation accompanied by music. It is a technology proven for more than 20 years, at the service of the relaxation, for the improvement of the mood and the level of energy. The PSiO is a true companion of the mind, accessible to all. It allows among other things to reveal and stimulate new capacities and behaviors towards being well and having optimized energy levels. This combination of technology induces Alpha brain waves similar to those emitted during regular meditation practice in order to benefit from the same benefits.
2. The Amma Chair Massage, recognized and highly prized in the professional environment for reducing stress and combating musculoskeletal disorders due, among other things, to poor posture. It aims to take care of the body by relaxing and unwinding tensions.
3. Yoga which is a practice acting on the body and the mind. Better presence, body softened and toned, released breathing, and relaxation are among the instant benefits observed in participants. In addition, over time the participants develop the self-knowledge leading to a more balanced and fulfilled life.
