CBE is owned by Major General Juma Obaid Al Sayegh Ahli and his son Ahmed Juma Al Sayegh Ahli. Under their guidance, the reputation of CBE was cemented through the utilization of highly skilled personnel, labor and resources to ensure that all contracts and commitments are executed in accordance with the time frame, cost and specifications established.
CBE has the necessary resources to construct multi-story buildings and has the required experience to do infilling works, shoring, basements, plus traditional, heritage buildings and other specialist works.
