Construction Santé Montréal (CSM) est une co-entreprise constituée par Laing O’Rourke et OHL Canada pour assurer la construction de la Phase 2 du CHUM au centre-ville de Montréal. CSM a eu le privilège de collaborer avec d’excellents partenaires québécois pour appuyer son expertise de calibre mondiale pour livrer ce projet qui comprend 85 % des services ambulatoires, unités de soins, services diagnostiques et thérapeutiques, urgence, centre de soutien clinique et de logistique et deux tunnels de service.
La Phase 2 du nouveau CHUM a été officiellement inaugurée en octobre 2017.

Founded by Laing O’Rourke and OHL Canada, Construction Santé Montréal (CSM) is a joint venture created to oversee and ensure the construction of Phase 2 of the new CHUM, located in the heart of downtown Montreal. CSM has been fortunate to work closely with excellent Quebec-based partners. These collaborations have worked to support CSM’s world-class expertise and ability to complete this project, which will house 85% of the hospital’s outpatient clinics, as well as a number of other healthcare care units, diagnostic, therapeutic, and emergency services, logistical and clinical care units, and two service tunnels.
Phase 2 of the new CHUM was officially inaugurated in October 2017.
