Constructiv is een dienstverlenende organisatie voor de bouwsector. Het beheer ervan valt onder het Paritair Comité voor het Bouwbedrijf (PC 124). Daarin zijn zowel de werkgeversorganisaties van de bouw (Confederatie Bouw, Bouwunie en FeMa) als de werknemersorganisaties (ACV-BIE, AC-ABVV en ACLVB) vertegenwoordigd.
De kern van onze dienstverlening bestaat uit preventie, vakopleiding en aanvullende sociale voordelen, opdrachten die het Paritair Comité ons heeft meegegeven.
De financiering van de organisatie gebeurt via socialezekerheidsbijdragen.
