At Contactum, we are focused on quality, reliability, functionality and our commitment to manufacturing in the UK. Contactum, began life in 1936 and we still manufacture our comprehensive range of wiring accessories products at our factory in Cricklewood London and UK Head Office based in Dunstable, Bedfordshire. Today, we are proud to be continuing with the British design, engineering and manufacture that have gained us a loyal customer following and a reputation for robust and reliable products. Over more than 80 years Contactum have introduced an ever-increasing range of products to provide a one-stop-shop of over 6,000 catalogue items. Our product offering now includes Made in the UK decorative metal plate, decorative grid, weatherproof and metal clad wiring accessories. The Contactum product portfolio also features comprehensive ranges of single phase and three phase circuit protection, distribution and control products. Quality and accreditation's ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 Contactum meets the requirements of ISO 9001 demonstrating a commitment to providing products that meet customer requirements and continually improving management systems and processes. ISO 14001 covers the implementation of an Environmental Management System (EMS), focusing on reducing the impact of our business activities on the environment. Contactum EMS aims to improve environmental performance through more efficient use of resources and reduction of waste. ISO 45001 covers Contactum’s Occupational Health & Safety Management System and focuses on improving the health & safety of employees and visitors to eliminate hazards and minimize OH&S risks (including system deficiencies).
