CSENG was founded on a shared vision between long-time friends and seasoned construction professionals: Director of Structural Engineering, Vasil Papucharov, and myself, George Dimov. With over 20 years of individual experience, our mission is to introduce modern, well-constructed, low-emission, and energy-efficient houses to the market, serving clients across Bulgaria, the UK, and Europe.

Light Gauge Steel (LGS) Specialisation: We harness the power of LGS for its precision, speed, and design flexibility. Our Plovdiv facility utilises advanced Scottsdale rollforming technology to produce exceptionally accurate frames for everything from residential homes to complex commercial builds.
Passive House Prowess: As a Certified Passive House Consultant, I am personally dedicated to creating exceptionally comfortable and healthy buildings. This personal commitment is at the heart of our company's approach, where
we leverage the dimensional stability of our LGS frames to build highly airtight envelopes that meet the rigorous Passive House standards.
Unwavering Commitment to Sustainability: We proudly fabricate our frames using ArcelorMittal's XCarb® Recycled and Renewably Produced steel. This innovative material is made with up to 100% recycled content and 100% renewable electricity, drastically reducing the embodied carbon in your project.
