Continental Valves Limited (CVL) was established in the year 1982 with an objective to produce and supply highly sophisticated Control Valves in technical collaboration with M/S. GULDE Regelarmaturen GmbH & Co. KG of erstwhile West Germany. The company started assembly and testing of valves in the year 1983 by importing components from its collaborators and commenced commercial production in Jan. 1985 and so far has supplied several thousands of valves to various core sector industries in India as well as abroad.
