• Most services start within 48 hours
• Clinical Supervisor will visit client to develop an individualized care plan
• Because client needs change, care plan is evaluated and adjusted as required
• Patient care summaries are provided to case managers and physicians, if requested
• All services are supervised by a nurse
• On-call supervisor is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• 24-hour “on-call” staff is available to address scheduling requests/changes
