Cooking For Complete Beginners

I offer cooking classes to those who have never had the opportunity to learn but who love food and want to venture into their own culinary adventures. I use classes designed around typical home-made meals to guide students through the basic elementary skills of cooking, teaching the ability to base meals on recipes, how to set up home kitchens and shop for the freshest and healthiest of ingredients locally and seasonably available.
