Ramon Genemaras, is very passionate about the HVAC industry and has worked at C level for over 30 years, including his position as the COO at Johnson Controls where he led a $4.5 billion dollar division leading over 11,000 technicians in over 60 countries working in one of the most complex maintenance environments globally
