Chez Copains.Group, on a une obsession : remettre du vrai dans la boulangerie et la pâtisserie. Pas de bla-bla, pas de poudre aux yeux, juste du bon pain, de la vraie pâtisserie, et des recettes qui font plaisir, sans superflu.
Notre mission ? Rendre la vraie bouffe accessible à tout le monde. Ça veut dire :

👌Une production qui respecte les gens et la planète.
Concrètement, 100% de notre froment est belge. 15% en agroécologie bio via la coopérative Farm for good. Ensuite, tout est réalisé à la main par nos boulangers/pâtissiers. Et pour finir, on se creuse pas mal la tête pour faire des recettes délicieuses en évitant les poudres de perlinpainpain (celle-ci on a hésité).
