Coq en Pâte Overview

Coq en Pâte is a socially and environmentally conscious children’s accessories and fashion brand, which places ethics at the heart of all creative processes. Producing and consuming does not have to be destructive, and we wish to demonstrate and share our belief that it is possible to create and sell in a manner respectful of humans and their environment. Our clothing and accessories are made from organic cotton, manufactured in Indian certified factories, while stationery and beach kits are made in France from ecologically sourced or recycled materials. Our collections are themed around the preservation of the environment, and aim to participate in educating children about the challenges presented by the conservation of nature. We chose artists with commitments mirroring ours, and whose creations carry fun, playful and educational messages. ----------------------------- Coq en pâte est une marque engagée d’accessoires de mode pour enfants, qui place l’éthique au cœur de tout processus de création. Parce que produire et consommer n’est pas détruire, nous entendons démontrer et partager la conviction qu’il est possible de créer, fabriquer et commercialiser en respectant l’homme et son environnement. Nos pièces textile sont fabriquées en coton biologique en Inde dans des ateliers certifiés, la papèterie et les jeux de plein air le sont en France, en Bretagne même à partir d’écomatériaux ou de matières recyclées. Les thématiques de nos collections sont liées à la préservation de l’environnement et à l’éducation des enfants aux enjeux de conservation de la nature. Sacs à dos, t-shirts, bodys, bobs, trousses, valisettes, serviettes, set de plage... autant de pièces qui peuvent, aujourd’hui, être jolies et responsables.
