Core Five was founded in 2012. From humble beginnings, we’ve grown into a 170 strong business and are proud to have become an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) in 2023. We provide award-winning Cost Consultancy and Employer’s Agent services to market leading Clients in London, the UK and overseas. Since our inception, our aim has been to play our part in the creation of innovative built environments that enrich lives, spark opportunities and move towards a more sustainable world for the next generation. From complex commercial, residential and mixed-use projects and towers to unique cultural venues and international stadia, Core Five has been a driving force in support of some of the most ground-breaking and successful construction projects in the UK and internationally for the past decade.
