Our roof liner system is a high strength, high abrasion resistant polymeric coating that creates a secure watertight liner for multiple applications but makes the number one solution for waterproofing membranes on roof structures.
The material has a very long UV rating, perhaps as much as 80 years and therefore as a roof membrane you achieve decades of protection. Polyurea can elongate 200% and return to its original size and shape, in fact in can elongate 400% without rupturing. It is extremely abrasion resistant such that snow can be removed without damage to the liner, unlike PVC, Tar or Asphalt based rubber liners, which easily can be ruptured during snow removal.
The combination of spray applied polymeric insulation and a spray applied Polyurea liner gives you an insulation value and extremely durable protective liner as Polyurea is sprayed at 165F and adheres with a chemical bond to spray applied polymeric insulating foam. The two products combined create a bond that is practically inseparable
