CoSec Assist provides an exclusive support platform to select company secretaries and assistant company secretaries in South Africa. Our team members have over 10 years’ experience as company secretaries of listed and unlisted companies and therefore have a wealth of experience and understanding of the growing responsibilities of and expectations placed on company secretaries today. We aim to assist company secretaries with the management of their three most important resources namely personal and organisational time, stakeholder relations and intellectual capital and similarly ensure that they are able to meet their regulatory and statutory requirements. In short, we provide full administrative support to company secretaries so that they have the time to zero in on that which makes them truly effective.
