Recently introducing Certified Pre-Owned vehicles (CPO) into our inventory mix, our mission is to become the leader in the CPO marketplace as CPO vehicles typically are sold with extended warranties which promote customer retention.
Our Parts and Service departments are constantly working on initiatives to improve customer satisfaction as well as customer retention. Departments are structured so that among rooftops there is an attempt to create cultural uniformity to better benefit the customer.
