In 2010, we purchased a 2,650 sq. ft. modular home that we wanted 'pit-set.' We contracted with Bob Cox to excavate our property and dig the very large pit where the foundation stem walls and pier pads were later poured. He was instrumental in ensuring that surface water would drain appropriately away from the foundation on all sides, as well as setting drains from underneath the home. There was extensive cement work planned, so Bob prepared all of the areas and worked well with the contractor to ensure correct elevations. We would recommend Bob for any project small or large and continue to consult with him on other projects as they arise. The thing that we appreciate the most is that he listens well and offers intelligent solutions relying on his vast experience in the business.
