Community Partners for Better Health (CPBH) was established in 2004 as a diverse, broad-based collaborative 501(c)3 non-profit organization. We are truly a community partnership, with a membership that includes Healthcare Professionals and Providers, Pastors and other members of the Faith Community, and everyday citizens seeking to make an impact.
We work diligently to improve and eliminate the alarming statistics associated with the disparities of disease processes and the treatment of preventable diseases. CPBH exists to focus attention and resources on the elimination of disparities of health status between people of color and non-minorities.
Ultimately, we improve the health status of people of color.
