The Central Florida Chapter of CPCU is one of the most dynamic and industrious insurance organizations in our community.
From its foundation in 1961, the Central Florida Chapter has become a leader in education and the promotion of professionalism in the local insurance industry. In 1992, our chapter was one of the founding organizations of “Insurance Day”. This event sponsors insurance seminars, workshops, and lectures, as well as honoring individuals completing designations in insurance.
Over the years, the Central Florida Chapter has participated in many local outreach programs that benefit our community and the insurance industry. We currently support the Second Harvest Food Bank, New Hope for Kids, Project InVEST (a high school education and scholarship program), and Seminole State College. In the past, we have been a supporter of the Children’s Safety Village, Habitat for Humanity, Toys for Tots, Relay for Life/American Cancer Society, Clean the World, and the St. John’s River Clean Up.
