CPI Sales are in regular contact with our clients and guide them through complexities of Canadian retailers. All new item creation forms and listing forms for all retailers are created by our team; plus we have the ability to process and forward orders for the non EDI retailers. When required we also help with receivables and credit.
We are a bilingual agency. Being fluent in both our national languages is important to being a successful agency in Canada. This not only helps in sales but in customer service as well. Many times store associates have called our office and have only been able to communicate in French.
