La communauté professionnelle territoriale de santé est un collectif d’acteurs en santé constitué en association loi 1901.
La CPTS est pluriprofessionnelle, elle rassemble :
des professionnels de santé de ville (médecins, pharmaciens, sage-femmes, infirmiers, kinésithérapeutes, dentistes…) ;
les établissements de santé et établissement ou services médico-sociaux du territoire ;
des professionnels du social, acteurs de prévention, associations, représentants des usagers.
Tout professionnel, quel que soit son statut, peut participer aux projets de la CPTS et adhérer à l’association.
