The Design and Technology (D&T) course is a mandatory subject in primary and secondary schools in regions like the UK and Hong Kong. It also serves as a vital elective in exams such as the UK's GCSE and Hong Kong's DSE. The absence of excessive rote learning and exam-oriented approaches in these areas can largely be attributed to the implementation and standardized assessments of this course. In 2021, Craft Lab清松坊 introduced this popular subject to Shenzhen for the first time, merging it with local STEM curricula. We continually refine our course materials and are committed to contributing to the educational advancement of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Craft Lab清松坊's D&T course has been invited into gov schools such as the Yantian Meisha Future and Futian Donghai Experimental. We hope more schools will incorporate the D&T course, steering China's youth away from a purely "exam-centric" education.
