CRELO is a credit counselling company keeping in consideration the increasing concentration of debt in the Indian market especially for SME's and the increasing dependence on data for determining financial eligibility clean credit reports have become a necessity, At CRELO we aim to interact with individuals that have become prone to credit defaults in past or who have become victim to the errors caused by negligence by bankers while updating credit information to credit bureau. Automation in distribution of debt has allowed new era fin-tech's to make debt available to various segments of society but the same cannot be said for the credit bureau as it is completely dependent on manual interaction to update data which makes over 20% of total data on their database invalid. CRELO is a convince based service where we deal with Direct Sales Agents (DSA) and clients that are facing issue to access debt due a bad track record which may include write off, settled accounts or delinquent accounts of any kind. A very regular question that we get asked is why the clients can't directly approach the bank for getting the issue rectified and we have the same answer every time just like restaurants have takeaway option but still use delivery apps to order for convenience. At just the age of 16 we have managed to set up an venture that has officially signed up with channel partners over the country with operations in Bangalore , Mumbai , Delhi , Hyderabad , Surat. With the aspiration to expand our operations to over 33 countries and expertise of veterans in the corporate debt market we look forward to make a difference in the lives of individuals desperate to access debt but being rejected due to credit scores.
