A hackathon-style event that brings together experimental biologists and data-scientists to solve challenging data science problems in biology.
The event was founded in 2019 by Martin Jones, Nikita Desai and Sera Aylin Cakiroglu .
For each event, we select challenging projects brought to us by experimental scientists at The Francis Crick Institute who work on a variety of biological problems, employ an even wider variety of tools.
To solve each challenge, we need experts in analysing each dataset and creative interdisciplinary scientists to bridge each specialisation.
