Founded in 1980 in the aftermath of Proposition 13, Cristando House, Inc. has distinguished itself as a leader in the field for delivering high quality, effective consulting and training services. Law enforcement and criminal justice consulting and training has been and will always remain the focus of the firm. Services have been provided to agencies of all sizes, ranging from large law enforcement organizations with nearly 10,000 sworn to small departments with just 12 sworn. Consulting, training and technical assistance has been provided on a contract basis in 86 police departments, 29 sheriff’s departments and 26 probation departments. In addition, approximately 30,000 law enforcement personnel have attended the firm’s open enrollment POST and STC certified courses throughout California and Nevada.
