Established in the 90s, Croissanterie combines French artisanal baking, high quality ingredients, and a “baked-fresh” business model to China, to share great flavours with communities everywhere.
In 1988, a bakery in the French Riviera planted the seeds of our brand. From outside its windows, our founders revelled at what they saw: rows upon rows of golden croissants, arranged orderly and with precision. When Chinese baked goods were still unevenly hand-made, the French model of standardising quality with frozen, ready-to-bake products was a revolution. Inspired, Croissanterie
(previously Croissants de France) was borne, bringing the model of “premade but fresh baked” to China.
From establishing a centralised factory for assembly line perfection, to creating a dedicated R&D team, Croissanterie become the leading bakery brand for a generation. All this, from a simple desire to share “the perfect croissant.”In the future, we’re positioning Croissanterie as the hub and heart
