Former engineer, Jonathan Soudry, decided to turn his passion into a new business venture, after investing in and opening the box on Eton Business Park, following a full refurbishment and fit-out of the 80 sq metre unit.
CrossFit Bury providse small group coaching for up to eight members per class and helps athletes get fit as part of a community, regardless of age and experience.
With no mirrors, no machines and no egos, this is the new way to get fit in Bury.
